We are reserving the hour of 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning for seniors shopping - 11:00am to 6:00pm for everybody.


if you are unable to visit us, we would be delighted to personally deliver orders locally or ship (‘at cost’ rates) via UPS. 


We have a full stock and to the right is our list of the 50 most called-for grocery items. Personal delivery (same day or next day) will be free of charge in the local area for purchases over $50.  Under that amount, there will be an $8.00 service charge. Normal Shipping would be the ‘at cost’ rates of UPS.  If you prefer curbside or front porch service, call us from your cell phone with your order and we will be only too happy to oblige!
