Timeless Unisex Classics - The three Jackets that made Barbour (tm) famous!

Classic Beaufort Waterproof Jacket

As worn by Helen Mirren in the film “The Queen”

Available Sizes: 34-50

Back length: 33-34 inches

Unisex - Medium - US$ 399.00

Optional Liner (Add US$129.00) and/or Hood (Add US$49.50)

This practical waterproofed jacket, ideal for year-round use, boasts a 100% cotton lining in Barbour’s iconic tartan print, and an interactive zip designed for pairing with an optional quilted liner when extra insulation is needed. The corduroy collar feels luxuriously soft and is studded to take an optional hood, while the two-way zip, studded storm fly front and Velcro-fastening wind cuffs seal out draughts. Two lower bellow pockets offer plenty of room for essentials, plus moleskin-lined hand-warmer pockets.

Classic Bedale Waterproof Jacket

Available Sizes: 30-42

Back length: 30-32 inches

Unisex - Short - US$ 379.00

Optional Liner (Add US$129.00) and/or Hood (Add US$49.50)

The Classic Bedale Jacket (ideal also for teenages too), is made using Barbour’s 6oz Sylkoil. Originally introduced for riding, this relaxed-fit jacket has a medium-weight waterproofed cotton outer that’s comfortable to wear, offering robust weather protection. The two-way front zip is reinforced by hardy stud fastenings to seal out wind and rain, while moleskin-lined handwarmer pockets and generous bellow pockets are winter must-haves. A sit-down collar in signature corduroy creates a smart appearance, but can also be raised for additional protection in bad weather.

Classic Border Waterproof Jacket

Available Sizes: 38-52

Back length: 38-39 inches

Unisex - Tall - US$ 449.00

Optional Liner (Add US$129.00) and/or Hood (Add US$49.50)

Perfect all-weather jacket with a longer length and lengthened sleeves. Designed Dame Margaret Barbour in 1980, the Border is named to represent the land border between Scotland and England that founder John Barbour crossed in 1870 to get to North East England, where Barbour is still based. Made with medium-weight 6oz waxed cotton, it includes traditional design features such as two generously sized bellows pockets, two moleskin-lined handwarmer pockets, a classic corduroy collar with throat flap studs and a large brass ring-pull zip with ‘Stormfly’ front close.
